I was promised a sofa with cushions in offer from Home Town. I paid the full amount. After 6 days when the sofa was delivered without cushions. I got the call that the cushions were not included in the offer, for that you will have to Pay more amount. I asked them to take back their sofa as it was still packed and return the money. They agreed for the same but said that the amount will be refunded after 15 to 20 days after the process.
I dont undertstand how they can not pay back my money on the same day. Why i have to wait for (6+20) days for my money. It total fraud from Home Town.
