This is Bharat and I am a very old customer of idea . I got a call from idea ,no was ********31, for a postpaid offer since I was already interested to change my prepaid plan to postpaid plan so I accepted his offer. He told me to submit required documents with 500 rs security fees. I was agree to submit this but then he send a guy to my office for taking all these things. Guy's name was Nitin as mentioned on his ID-Card and no was ********12. He take all these docs and go away without giving any payment receipt and also he send a message from my no to port my no and noted down that port key received in sms.
I also have another no from them ********57. Now I called on all these no but two no giving response temporarily out of service and ********31 no always giving busy tone since he send my no to phone reject list .I tried calling by another no then he picked up my call and after discussing told me to call me after half hour but after that he also send my this no to reject list and am not able to call on this no always busy tone in response.

Kindly help me and prevent such fraud or give me solution of this issue.
