I had a deal with mr kapil gulati ( his brother and a partnerof Mr Namit Gulati)

I have all proofs that i payed him 40000/- through online transaction on 11-Dec 2017 (Technotron a/c 532201010036407)

the drawings were shared on his mail id kapilgulati2978@gmail.com

before making this payment i requested him that to be honest and truthful , as have already payed some money to some company have they have done a fraud . so i request you not to repeat those things. he said :- you can trust on us , dont worry ,

they guys are very polite in words initially and once they get money they forget everything . ( this is what happened to me )

he promised for quick service within 7 days , and now its almost 4 months he has not provided the PI/ Po ,
i call him almost daily to ask for my material , and he always has a new excuse to put forward
like :-
1) wait till evening
2) calling you back
3) not in office
4) you will get it in 2 -3-4 days what ever
5) i will return your money back
6) my person is on the way to give you the material
7) its sent to wrong address
8) now its stuck in BSF Ludhiana
9) the person there is on leave
10) i am out of station
11) coming to Amritsar and will hand over the material to you there
12) give me 1 hour
13) give me 1/2 hour
14) concerned person in my office is on holiday
15) today is public holiday
16) will reply you tomorrow
17) when i caked him for the picks of ready product , he said :- its now packed and i dont have the pics

and this is endless story ...................................

he is a fraud and trying to loot money . pls take strict action on him.

I have even talked to Namit Gulati his brother . he said i dint know the matter . i will talk and inform to kapil ,
then i asked him for his direct number 2 times , but this person doesn't remember his own number , and says i will send it to you on MSG , but no MSG comes ever . the type of mail Mr Namit has put forward clearly shows that he has also joined the fraud gang .

i humble request is that they should return my money back or else i will not stop upto here . i will make their life's hell .
