Dear sir,
I received call from ‘Roozgaar’(Mr.Naveen) phone number 01206191600 on 30/04/2013 at around 11.00 am and that person told me that he was calling from Roozgaar and it is a government authorized company.Then he toldme that my CV has been shortlisted for companies like Lilla,Hyatt, Air India etc & they are providing job against a registrationn charge of Rs. 8000.But I have paid only Rs.3819. After 3hours another rep (rep: Vivek Gautam) called to come online and you need to pay documents verification charge Rs.5000. Once the every thing was done with Rs. 6290
Every day I got call from different person, say that your profile is not complete you have to pay for this etc.. Even that they also arrange a fake interview and told me that you are selected by the company & you have to pay security amount Rs.1200. I refused to pay this money then they are started blackmailing me.
When I asked them to refund the amount that I paid. Initially, they did not mention that I will be required to pay around Rs. 12000 for getting my application forwarded and instead gave me incomplete information that only registration is required amounting to Rs. 8000
My complaint is here, their website mentions refund policy but they are refusing to refund my Rs. 6290. My repetitive requests have been declined. They are also not paying attention to my claim. If I call them, they simply transfer my call from one person to the other and ultimately disconnect it.

Eventhough they have create a fake link in my profile.they told me that this link for refund your amount. But when i go through that link I found link is not for refund, its for fraudly transfer the money from my account.
I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and help me get my money back
