I had ordered for a bunch of flowers to be delivered on a specific dates from the above mentioned website. By their own terms, they said, that they do not gurantee the time, but they do gurantee the date.

The flowers were not delivered on date and their contact no.s dont work. They dont reply to my mails. My credit card has been charged and they are not refunding it back.
