after reading one advertisement in news paper i contacted Mr. Maninder Singh Sodhi the Manager Of Sodhi Trading Company Ambala Cantt. Pb.They assured to set up a Plastic Molding small scale industry at my residence .,in lieu they charged 1,10,000(One Lac ten Thousand Rupees) for two hand molding machine. They sent me Two hand molding machine of rate 35000rupees per machine they said) and some raw material under security deposit 40,000 rupees (100 rupees per 1 kg.) for 400kg.and one person to install that machine after calling them at least hundred times. They said that one machine will make minimum 1000pcs. In 8-10 hours but that machine does not preparing 600pcs. In 10 hours. I worked 4 month with that company and stop job work and request for back of security amount of raw material.But now he give me dates for back security money since july 2014. They not give me any bill of machinery. We have been defrauded by these people.They have settled an office in Sadar Bazaar Ambala cantt. pb. and frauding with so many persons of villages. Now i want to back my raw material security 40,000 rupees. Now I want to back my money. Give me suggestion. I have all call recording with that person. They say , here is no any work documents likes agreement. But in call recording, he says how much money they will give me. If there is no any documents, then how. Please tell me about may case. Sodhi trading co. Is well reputated co. Of ambala. If their clients are working efficently then only they can provide raw material nd payment......therefore this co. Is purely doing reliable business since 20 yrs. So juz..avoids these types of comments....
and about security of raw material I refund all security to them in there bank accounts. I have all bank receipts.

I m maninder Singh sodhi from ambala They all are complaning about me that I m fraud I have my office from last 10 years at same place and mobile no..They all came to me and purchase machinery from me and do agreement of 11 months for giving ready products they all do well for 4 to 5 months after that want to return there machinery for there personal reasons like i m going to abroad, I m shifting to other state, I met with an accident etc so where I m wrong. u tell me that which shopkeeper once sold his item and take back after months.
and second thing if they all are right then file a case against me in consumer court then everybody know who is right and who is wrong.
They did this with me also i sending him caps on weekly basis after some time he stop sending me raw material and also money which he has to deposit in my account for caps which i made. I called him many times but he again & again say me he will check & deposit the amount which he never did. And about security he not responding i am based in Zirakpur (Punjab) and i have 2 more persons with same dispute i purchased this machine from him in 125000/- and paid him security of Rupees 25000/- that time this company is running from Ambala Cantt. and contact person Names are Sodhi and his partner name is Rajeev. You can also call me on my number so that we all file complaint against them and take our money back. My number is ********60
This is 420 with customers done by sodhi, its should be taken action this type of 420 person.
I m jasvinder Singh from khanna punjab. I m working with sodhi trading co Ambala from last three and a half year.there is no such problem with maninder ji prop.sodhi trading co as Anil Kumar wrote against them..l purchased automatic machine from them cost 2lac and thankful to sodhi ji for giving me good source of income. even before I purchased machine from them I inquire from 4 party of sodhi ji who already working with them and they also praised about them so neglect all theses people who don't want to work and blame other person.
No received any security money. This company targets to fraud with peoples for money. This is not good company. If he have all receipts then show me.
