I have been a victim of Mr. Tapas Roy alias Chotka who operates from West Bengal, 24 North Paragnas area and also from Barrackpore area who advertises himself on a number of social advertising sites like "Quikr", "Olx" etc in the name of M/s Roy Dog Sellar / M/s Roy Dog Center etc. I have paid the seller Rs. 11000/- (rupees eleven thousand only) for a "Beagle" breed puppy that he was supposed to send by train. The photo showed by him on "whatsapp" was of a 45-50 days old puppy. When I went to the railway station to receive the puppy, I was shocked to see that he sent me a ten year old, sick dog with the lower part of he hind leg OPERATED AND AMPUTATED. He sent the dog without any food or water for the entire journey of two days.

I have lodged a complaint against him to the Police Inspector, Cyber Crime Cell and hope that necessary action will be initiated against him shortly. I have also lodged a complaint against him for animal cruelty with “PETA”
