Dear team,

I have placed the order for KD 1.39 inch AMOLED Screen Bluetooth 4.0 Android 5.1 OS MTK6580 Quad Core 1.3GHz Waterproof Smart Bracelet Watch from knockoffdeal.com on 4th octomber 2017 & received my delivery on 7th Oct 2017. But after unboxing the device i have realised that delivered watch is totally different from what I have ordered .

Hence since that time till the date I'm trying to return this device on their website but unfortunately I'm not able to fill return form as order id & model no. Coloums are hided by knockoffdeal company to cheat the customer.

Than I was trying to connect with their customer care no. as well but again got surprised that this no. is also switch off which is vodafone No. ********70

Now I have realised that I have got cheated by placing order from their website & loose my money .

Hence to teach them a proper lesson for cheating with customer and others as well kindly take the strictly action against them & help me to refund my money.
