i ordered a sari few days before after that no updates from them... and today i received a very cheap quality used kurti ....now the problem is how can i return it and get the refund. because the number they provided ********5293 is always busy. and they don't reply to any emails.

same thing is happening wit me iam orderd a kurti but after delivery i got a very weared suit piece

I must have read these reviews before I place the order. I have ordered for a kurta and received a low quality one of totally different pattern. I don't know how to return and get the refund. Thoroughly disappointed.. please don't order in this sight.

I too have ordered an Anarkali worth of rupees 1300/- from their website, got the website reference from Facebook, they have very extravegant and lavish photos on the website that you keep scrolling, i did get a sense of doubt where they have mentioned this "whatsapp on ********5293 to order" wherein this number is not even regsiterd on Whatsapp, but i still thought to give it a try and ordered one product to start with, got a confirmation email that the order is placed and so i was happy, but when i opened the received product, i was shocked ...i immediately tried calling on the mentioned numbers but the number is cont. out of reach...i have even tried to contact them on fb and have commented also on their posts, to my surprise they blocked me on fb and have even deleted my comment, this seriously needs an attention, they need to be punished for fooling around customers like this.

Return policy exists but no procedure to return material . Ordered an awesome looking lehenga and received a cheap quality stuff. no response on email or the phone number.

After ordering I got just an email confirmation about my order that it has been placed and will notify you when it will be shipped. Within 2 days i got a call from FDex delivery boy asking the time to deliver your packet. After receiving the order i was shocked to see that pathetic product, it was a low grade dress material which even maid won't wear, way opposite of what i gave ordered. I immediately called the number given on site which is +********5293, but it is forever busy. They don't reply to emails, they have a fraud number, my money is gone but this site is doing nothing but fooling people around. It's a cyber crime and they shouldn't be spared.
