Hi All,

I have purchased holiday package for 5 years and lifetime club membership (membership no. CVPU1CLUB1​12596) from country vacations during their promotional event in “May 21, 2012” for rs 51,000/-. I paid rs 1,000/- From saving account by using my debit card and the rest rs 50,000/- As an emi for 18 months from my hdfc credit card account. They told us that I and my wife will receive a welcome kit and membership cards for both of us within 45 days and we can avail facilities of the club and package as soon as we get the cards. But we did not not receive anything in given timeframe so, we contacted the persons who sold us the product and they asked us to wait for another 15 to 20 days. Still we did not receive the product so again we contacted them and they said we will surely receive the kit and cards and asked to wait again for 07 to 10 days. This continued for several times so we were frustrated and decided to cancel the deal and get the our 51000/- back.

So please help me for this...!!!!
