my cousin brother's new ration card was given to make but from last six months those employee of borivali branch 43-G Rajendra nagar borivali (E) , mumbai m/s pragnya prakash manchekar ration officer .. she is asking for money everytime and when i denied for giving her money she thretened that she will not allow anyone to make the ration card and even she tells no one can do anything if i say my contacts are till goverment and no one can make a transfer of mine and if i complain then being a lady officer no one can do anything of mine .. even after providing every legal documents she denies to make ration card ... kindly please take necessary action so that consumers get their right and corruption ends.... thanking you ,, Vinayak.B.Varghade.
