sir my self anoop i have taken a tour package from signature linkers pvt ltd.mr ashish and mr sauth was there to attend me. i have paid them 38000 rs and they have given me the hotel packacge and a full complimantary trip to kerala which is in written.now when i m booking my tour they r denying that we will not give u full trip.i complint to their senior or on thier mail but they still not giving me what they have given me in written.i m totally harrassed with them.i need ur help to please make solution for me and give them some punishments to fraud the people.

Signature Linkers P Ltd headed by Anuj Pandit of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with temporary affiliations with hotels/ hotel chains and operating with new aliases has been cheating people in and around NCR region by dubious time share holiday packages for more than a decade. Several cases have been filed against him in consumer forum including in South Delhi Consumer Redressal Forum, Qutub Institutional Area, Delhi, Complaint Case No CC/20/2016. It is now expanding its operation to other states and cities of India especially Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Would urge people to watch out for their modus operandi involving inviting both husband and wife for claiming free holiday coupon, his agents explaining packages in high volume background music, pressurising guests with last day of package threat, exaggerated claims, not including names of hotels (in India and abroad) in the contract or being vague, lack of confirmation of the deal from partner hotels/ hotel chains, number and age of eligible people, explanation of types of apartments, dubious Exit contract clause at one place but no refund in another clause and under delivery.
Also, would like to caution as many online reviews are posted by his employees, family members and other people operating on his behalf

Signature Linkers Pvt Ltd has been cheating people for the last two decades and getting away and it seems to continuing to do so not only people around Delhi but in small cities and other far flung areas of India.

I have paid full amount of the membership which is for 5 years tenure around 60,000 plus taxes and these people came out to be fraud they didn't do the booking even after them telling them 45 days before the trip as per their terms and conditions and they never confirmed me name or even location of hotel since i needed to tell my travel agent location of hotel for the pickup activities i have booked in my land package and they never told me hotel name they kept saying we will do it and we will let you know we will call you back and they never told me. Upon asking them about what they promised and what they gave they said take another trip now. This is ridiculous even after taking membership i have to book my hotel paying the full charges at last moment coming out to be so expensive and turns to be so annoying and spoiler for the trip. This is ridiculous and they are not returning money when i said since you guys cant stick to your commitment and any services they said that your membership funds will not be refunded whether you use it or not now its ours. Also i have thier emails as well. I guess they have just one girl who does everything she emails and she picks up calls she is receptionist and in emails they write team signature nobody's name/ designation/ no phone number nothing. So unprofessional people and they are tried to hide everything since thier intentions are just to fool around people. Even after long calls and all the talks they are unable to explain why they failed in thier services and why they say something else while selling their memberships and in real gives nothing rather not even if you go by their own ridiculous terms and conditions. INSANE TEAM:( WORST PEOPLE :( FRAUD GROUP :(
They have not just wasted my time and money abut also talks like they dont care about anything or isnt responsible for providing any services. I want my hard earned money back right now. And there are lot many fraud and complaints against them, they should rather be banned to fool around people anymore.
