hi
i was trying to take a tea distributor ship from this company , i paid money rs 4756 and now i am sure they are fraud. tell me what to do teach them a lesson.
previously they used the name victor international inc. now they are using victory international 001 inc.

Hi,

I've seen add from this company in one of the local free classified sites. So I've applied for city distributorship. The next day a person who himself named as Spencer called me and told me that I've selected as a City Distributor and he sent me a offer letter and asking me to deposit the initial security deposit of Rs/-7500 with the SBI Account number. I then deposited the amount on the next working day. I thought once I deposited the security deposit, I'll get the sample and tea packets in courier. Two days later I again called up the same person and he told me to deposit 5000 rupees for the customs charges. So I've deposited the 5000 rupees also. It's been 50 days, I neither get the tea packets not my money back. When ever I call that guy to ask for my refund, he'll tell they are working on that. I don't know when I'll get this money, but please guys don't believe this guys. This is something fishy. They are frauds...Cheaters. It's my hard worked earned money. I work in night shifts. I'm in bad situation and I really need my money, but they are not giving.

Very true. I also faced the same..he asked for 5000 rupees in two installments and my photograph, copy of pan card, bank statement etc.. and when he got the payment nd documents he simply stopped responding to the call.

I think this company does not have tea business at all. They just created this name to cheat all people in india. Cheaters...frauds...why should they live with some one's money? They are coverds...

recived the call from person called Spencer -0********89 regarding District Distributor for Vactor Tea Products 1st he will say deposit some amount after that they will send some sampale packet, if u deposit some amount you will never get that refund amount and even tea packets also
