I had booked a plot in a project "Highland Serene" by "Embassy Projects and Infrastructures". The project was in Devanahalli. I had bought a site there by paying an advance of 1 Lac. The approval by BBMP was pending and so the registration was not possible. According to the team members of Embassy Projects, the approval would be taking around 3 months. The approval now took place recently after 2 years. In this span of two years we were constantly calling them to know the status. They never bothered to call us. Now suddenly they sent a letter asking for remaining amount within 1 month. Now, seeing the service and work progress of the project, we were willing to cancel the registration and wanted back our advance, we had proper proof on letter head. As soon as we told them about canceling, they got wild and started telling that they dont have any money at present to give back and would take around 7-8 months. The agreement on letterhead clearly says that the money should be returned within 1 month.
The concerned people are now not even picking up the calls.

As mentioned above, you have misunderstood as we have clear documentation and approval from the consulting authority of govt. So please do not get mislead by the above customers complaint.
We have good schemes available for the consumers for their convenient and we are in the same field from past Six years in the same office and we will never shut our company.
It is good that you remember our schemes and please do not misunderstand with the complaint of one customer. as we have 600+ customers out of which some has misunderstood us.

If something happened regarding your money you should have walked itnto the office and tried to know the reason because if you have seriouly lost money commenting like this will never reduce your pain. i am you have seriously invested. Rs 1lac is huge amount you never done anything for this simply you have registered this complaint and that to in a free site like this wonderful.
