I booked 3 buses a month advance with "Golden Sai Holidays" for my brother's marriage event i.e on 14 Feb 2016

He asked me to pay advanced of 33 percent of total booking amount, which I immediately paid him in advance.

I proactively gave him a reminder call too about the booking in the morning of 14 Feb. 2016, At that time assured me not to worry about it.

The Baaraat assembled on road at the point for the bus, but there were not even a single bus available.

I called him and asked for the bus, At last he denied to provide the buses, told me to manage it by my own & he will compensate for all the expense.

I kept calling him but he didn't even bother to answer my call.

My family prestige has gone in front of mass, We hardly managed to get the transportation done at very high cost.

However we hardly managed to get the transportation done at very extra high cost. Baaraat reached there very late at 1:00 am.

But all the fun, enjoyment & plannings for the function was gone, In-fact every moment of the event was ruined.

Later I read his bad reviews on google about the cancelling the buses at the last moment, then I came to know about his fraudulent.

Now I am gonna take legal action by filing as police case against him, so that he should not be continuing with this business & no other customer will face the same problem in future.

I am very disappointed with Just Dial, Later when i called & shared the incident with their representative, No one from them has shown any concern to look on to the matter.

Being a reputed company they shouldn't at all promote & associated with fraud vendors, Just for the sake of revenue.
