I am now frustrated on this company. I can not understand which word can I use for this company !!!! If you want to give some one a name for huge fraud "Whaaky" is the answer for same.

Three months before they showed a product named original Power Bank of MI+ on 800Rupees on buy one get one offer. I ordered and paid all money online. I tried to reach them multiple time on phone callas by emails but they even did not take a time to revert on calls . None of the team receives call on the given number. After three months I got product yesterday , & unfortunately they delivered duplicate product of MI+ Power bank , which is simple box. It does not work. Even if we put the Power bank on charging it is not evan charging and also both of the power banks are broken from inside.

Now I am trying to reach them on calls and emails but they are not replying. I need my money back . I am a simple guy from poor family and 800Rupees matters a lot for me . Please help me with my money to be back in my account and any way to communicate this people .
