This is with humble request that I had purchased the Phantom 4G Smart Watch with HD camera and the product delivered is totally different and the quality and features shown in the website don't even match as they have written on the website. Secondly they don't even want to hear about my complaint and disconnect the phone if asked to change the watch. Sir I had written the mail as I received the watch pertaining that the wrong product been received. They know what they have done and even customer care people are aware of this fraud being executed from the company. No bill or invoice been issued by company means they are misusing CST. Sir kindly look into the matter.
