Dear team -
I am really disappointed with a repute and number one company like APPLE INC / iMAC, where I have been asked to pay for my laptop , where I have not done any damage to my laptop , it just stopped working one fine day - above all this is under warranty.
As per our company / service centre (Apple Charni road East , Mumbai - Maharashtra service centre ) there was some liquid marks on the battery , but how will you prove that the liquid marks are made from my side and not by you as the Laptop was with you for 8 days , and when you took the laptop you never mentioned this point, above all the laptop has never got connected with water from my side. You cant just give this remark after keeping the laptop with you guys for 8 working days.
Its just a month that I have started using the laptop. I paid Rs 79,000 for this laptop and now you guys are asking for more 53,000 to repair , this is pure cheating and a fraud case. Worst service ever seen under warranty. Even government service people don't cheat that bad, Yuk.
This is most disappointing experience that I have had ever got in my life. I will recommend all my friends not to buy any APPLE PRODUCTS. They just cheat.
Please note my laptop is in a crystal crisp condition and there is nothing wrong done from my side. I really don't know what went wrong and since last 2 weeks there is problem with my laptop. I would like to speak the Sr Vice President of the company to know why they do such fraudulent things.
I request you please look into this and repair the laptop free of cost as it's in the warranty period.
I am gonna put an ad in a leading newspaper that with no fault of mine and with the laptop being in warranty you guys are not willing to help the customer. I feel very sorry for apple.
