A person by Name David Pushpanaden visited my office and offered me Interior projects with small working commission for each project. He charged me @ Rs 15,000/- for each project and took 3 lakhs for 20 projects from me. I have paid the same amount in cash (as he insisted) and he has later sent me a confirmation email about the payments made.
He introduced me to a company called Pentagon Estates over email mentioning me that company which he called agency has an office in sahakarnagar. They have sent me a virtual list of the client names and emails mentioning their interior requirements. I doubt whether those clients exist in reality. I feel David and Jerry D souza from Pentagon Estates have this racquet running cheating people promising them the projects that do not exist. The whole process of email communications have been happening for more than 2 years.
Now since I strongly asked for the refund of my money, I came to know the David has changed his house and moved to an unknown location and has not been answering the calls.

I can provide you all the emails that I have received from them which may help you to identify the culprits and identify these frauds. There may be others victims like me who might have not reported the issue at all.
