Same experience with me. Paid Rs.29,999/- for 10 tickets. So far used 6 tickets (including a trip from Chennai to Kolkata, where they had issued two tickets for a single journey). 4 tickets are still left. Now, all calls are unanswered, automated mails from their site communicating non-availability of inventory. So, they appear to have decamped with cash of mine and many others like me. At least, their website should be made inactive, else others might also fall in the trap.

they are cheating innocent travelers and citizens... Pls do not buy from thm
They r fraudster.
pl take appropriate action .
It is our hard earned money.

Hello, I have taken 30K package with alpfly in November 2017, and asked cancellation in same Month due to their service. Till now I did not get any refund. Its been 4 Months now. I am also facing same problem. They have looted money from so many people stating they will provide the tickets at some fixed rate. I got some tickets from them in the past but for that too i have paid extra money to get a confirmed tickets. But from last 3 months they are saying no inventory whenever i requested them for ticket. Please look into this kind of website or companies which are looting people in the name of new kind of business model.
