We booked for four adults and one child - Goa holiday trip 13-08
Received reference from my neighbour who booked for the holiday and he was also cheated.
From mob no ********53 Sikha called and confirmed me that I will get this package on her assurance and ad given on website www.starlingclub.com I sent them 31,000.00 on 29-07-2016 through NEFT to AC NO. ********114 of State Bank of Hyderabad IFSC-SBHY0020841. My UTR No. BARBH1********78 FROM my Bank of Baroda ac no.

After sending the money when I requested for the booking they sent us a form on 31st of july which I sent them with our identity proof for booking.

Again when I asked for the booking confirmation they borrowed time and then finally told me that they can't do it now as availability is not there and they asked for changing the date.
When I asked to send the list of availability she promised to send but never sent.
I am asking my money they are not listening making excuses.
