Hi i am prahlad kumar living in charkop mumbai .my first concern is to tell you that PNm services pvt ltd that is registerd in TRAI as telemarketing this company is involved in many crore cheating and fraud call case and taking money of consumer after making a fraud call many court case are pending in tees hajari courts and may be in others district courts .
THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING TRAI GUIDELINE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER FROM LANDLINE THEY CALL FROM MOBILE AND TELL ABOUT ANY FAKE POLICY AND LOAN REQUIRMENT AND TAKE HARD EARNED MONEY OF PEOPLE .
HI. i am prahlad kumar living in ekta nagar charkop area (mumbai) ..my complaint as about PNM services they cheated on me and now mr.nitin prop.of pnm ********60 saying we will not refund file FIR or court case anything ..
In details:-
Around 1 month back i got call from no (********99) she told me her name nisha goyal she said she is calling from PNB metlife insurence and they have one time investment plan of rs 30000/- and they are giving this plan as promotional offer in 25000/- rs only, according to this plan i will get some benifit like :-
1:- i will get 932/- rs month after one year ,
2:- its value is 30000/- i am getting it in 25000/-.only .
3:- health insurance for 5 person in family for 5 years .
I agreed and purchased that policy and i gave 25000/- cheque (NO-0629822) and amount was debited from my bank account on 21.07.2014 .
After few days mr amit saxena called me ********12 up many time regarding confirmation of name,address and nominee name etc..and he said when i purchase that policy that time thay had an offer of holidays package that is being given free with your policy and he told me that i'll get a call from PNM holidays package please receive and take that holiday package free of cost with your policy plan ,i agree and confirmed the details and he told me I’ll get all documents related to PNB METLIFE policy and HOLIDAY PACKAGE in 10-12 days, now after around a month i got a call from ms.ritu sharma no-011******** on 18.08.2014 she told me that she is calling from GBIC and my PNB METLIFE policy is pending and they sold me a holiday package instead of any PNB metlife policy and i'll have to pay 15000/- more to clear the pending policy or i'll not get any refund if i refuse to pay ...
When i tried to contact the Mr. amit saxena,nisha goyal and on other phone no. i got call earlier regarding the policy all phone no. is out of reach or no one picking ....so please u are requested to look in to this matter and solve this asap .

1.As proof i have recorded the conversation between me and mr.amit saxena in which he is telling me about metlife policy .

i mdeepak frm faridabad kuch din phale sep mein mujhe cl aaya tha bajaj walo ki hum apko loan de rhe hai 5 parecent annual par meine usko haa bol di mere document lene ke liye usne form bharwaya tha PNM SERVICES KA mein pucha to batya gaya ke inke throw apko loan milega agar apko cl aayega tour and travel ke liye to apko unko haa bol dena yeh mat batana ki apne loan ke liye apply kiya hai jinhone yeh sb kha hai wo hai mr rajeev malhotra ********73 inhone mujhe 30000 rs ka check liya pnm services ke naam ka 22 sep 2014 wo mujhe sare doccoument le gaye aur paise bhi meine paise ke liye kha to unhone mujhse kha ki sir yeh refundable hai ya to aap instalment mein katwa dena ya apko 45 days baad wapas mil jaege ab mein unko cl karta hu to wo cl pick nhi karte hai unka landline no hai unka 011******** hai isse mujhe massage bhi aur cl bhi aaya tha plz help me

Could you please write a complaint specifically alleging that the perpetrators are using PMLI’s name to extract money, along with the call recordings, and proof of payments done by them.
