Sir I recently purchased a watch from shopclues name casio edifice efr 533 bk and the order no is ******** ...but after some time I follow that the watch led light did not work...its defective so I do a return request to shopclues with return no 2504973 on 6th January 2016 but after 2 days my return request was declined by shopclues. .now my question is why I buy a defective product from shopclues with 3250 rupees and why they did not give good service to customers. ..Sir please do something for me..In this model watch where press a button a led light turn on but in this watch the led light did not turn on its not working the model of this watch is casio edifice efr 533 bk. ..Thank you sir in advance bye
