After I had purchased my Eureka mobile I had purchased an oneassist plan to protect my mobile from liquid and accidental damage.After using my phone for 7 months my phone got accidentally damaged and I had raised my claim against oneassist. After several documentation and exchanging several mails company told me that they are closing my claim just because the imei no I had registered is not matching with the docs I had produced
I don't have any proof about the imei I had registered but I can produce all the bills my damaged handset or whatever docs they need.They are doing nothing but fraud.Plain help me someone
