Fraud by M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd and Dealer M/S Loci Interiors


I placed an order for Godrej Modular Kitchen with their dealer M/S Loci Interiors on 29/8/2010 and made 100% payment .I have paid Rs 1000/- in cash and Rs.1, 11, 333/- by cheque for the modular kitchen and Rs, 12000/- by cheque for civil work to M/S Loci Interiors, D-4 (Basement). Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024. I was assured that the kitchen will be procured by last week of September 2010 and will be installed immediately after doing the civil work. They have failed on both the accounts and neither procured the entire modular kitchen even after more than three months nor completed the civil work. They have in connivance and collusion with Mr.Amit Saxena and Mr. Saurab Sharma both officers of M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd, Godrej Bhavan, Sher shah Suri Marg, New Delhi 110065 have orchestrated a nefarious design to cheat me.

They broke my working Kitchen on 10.11.2010 there after stopped work 4 times on one pretext or the other.Now they have refused to do the civil work of the kitchen

They have also not delivered the entire Modular kitchen for which I have already paid 100% amount (Rs 1, 12, 333/-) nor are telling us the date when they would deliver and fix the modular kitchen

Its been more than 4 months since I have ordered the kitchen and still there is no sign of the Modular kitchen getting fixed.What is worst is that they have broken my working kitchen and now I have no kitchen and have to depend on outside (hotel) for food and other essential things.

I called up M/S Loci Interiors and godrej officials Mr.Amit Saxena and Mr. Saurab Sharma on several occasions but they neither receive my calls nor do they reply to numerous emails that I have sent to them asking to fix the modular kitchen at my place.

I have also sent 2 speed post to the chairman , M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd ,informing about the harassment but surprisingly there has been no response till date.

Today I regret having trusted M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd and having ordered Modular kitchen from them.
