I am buiying a home in ambernath , a lawyer previously demand for 4000/- for the same flats stamp duty registration his charges , same amount given by cheque in his account, but when required to do stamp duty & registration he took 75000/- cash from me as he demanded . after the completion of stamp duty & registration total cost is 60000/-for stamp duty & registration & his charges 4000/- total is 64000/- and i gave him total 80000/- balance amount is 16000/-

Now The lawer not refund extra money he took.
He put me sms for his charges of stamp duty & registration from his mobile the only proof i have against him.


now after asking about balance amount 16000/- , he replying that 20000/- is my charge for stamp duty & registration . and all lawyer in market taking 3000/- to 4000/- only

So pl. help me .
