I have taken a package of 6D & 7N for 5 years, Have paid the 60% of the payment for the same. They have promised me to utilise fst week and then basis on the feedback i can pay rest 40% of the amount. But now they are denying for it and not booking the hotels. In lieu of the same first they have told me due peak season the hotels are not available while the peask season starts for Goa from November onwards however i have requested for Oct bookings. Post that the give me the list and said they can do 2D & 3N that too in the worst hotel options available. Later on after so many email conversation they told me to pay the rest amount and then they will book the hotel. I have paid for the good services not for the worst. even after 7-8 emails nobody from the customer care connects with me to discuss upon this. I have requested them to refund my money as i don't want to go for the worst service when i paid for the best. I have requested them many times to pay me my money, they are not even replying for it. My membership ID is CHISDL772687. Also this is not the case with me. I have spoken to other members also, they are facing the same issues.
