CHEATED BY MAID SERVICES BUREAU IN PUNE
in the month of April from an online website namely QUICKR we looked at MAID SERVICES from HEAVEN MAID AGENCY run by Afreen and Kasim Shaikh. They provided us a maid 24 hours with a commission payment of Rs 7000 for the yearly fees which was paid in 2 cheques of Rs 4000/ and Rs 3000 respectively.Was informed that a replacement would be given if helper leaves for one year.
The helpers name is Kavita and we were informed that she belongs to AHMEDNAGAR.She was hired for work on the 13th of April 2013.From the 13th to the 20th of May she worked with us and informed us that she needs advance payment of Rs 8000 to pay for her childrens fees. Post which she dissapeared and when called the bureau HEAVEN MAID AGENCY was informed that she will be back in 2 days which never happned.Finally today when we called the bureau was informed that she is not coming and was not treated correctly etc etc and that they will not give a replacement nor pay up the commisssion taken for the year back.
THIS IS A BIG RACQUET AND WE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD HELPERS ALL OUR LIVES AND TREATED HELPERS LIKE OUR FAMILY AND WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR OF THIS ALLEGATION.

This agency and these 2 people namely AFREEN AND KASIM SHAIKH are FRAUDS and i advise that no one should deal with them We are taking this case to the police in Viman Nagar Pune as we had paid the commission by cheque. The maid was not a worker but used to sleep in the afternoon and was on the phone for a good 3 hours a day.This is a gang of thieves who put the maid in different houses to make the comission and take advance and scoot away with the booty...PLEASE BE AWARE AS THERE ADDS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE IN VARIOUS PORTALS...THEY MIGHT CHANGE THEIR BUREAU NAME HENCE PUT UP THEIR NAMES FOR YOUR REFERNCE...
