The applicant has serious compliant against your dealer/stall management at FUN/ZEE SHOPPING MALL GOMTI NAGAR ROAD, LUCKNOW wherein at first floor a stall of TV TELE SHOPPING Acupressure and Health Product is running by your agents, as the applicant on the written undertaking given by above said stall owner and agents namely RASHID,ALI FAZIL AND VISHAL AND THE OWNER OF THE STALL that, if I will purchase the BELT i will redused my tummy by 4 inch, in three months and if after use of three months result is nil i will get my money returned, the applicant and several other persons purchased the sona belt the receipt/bill no is 086 dated-20-1-10, and used for three months as instructed by above said persons and during this period skin of the applicant got burnt many times and no result was found,on the compliant the above said persons refused to returned money and denied the undertaking given, when receipt and written undertaking was shown then they asked for time several times and finally said company is cheating the customers and also misbehaved with applicant and cheated him. and detained the sona belt of the applicant fraudulently.

In this regard applicant informs you that he is a practicing ADVOCATE AT Lucknow High Court and before taking any Legal action against the above said persons the applicant request you to take strict action against the above said persons to save the goodwill and reputation of the company.
