I am Dipankar Sen Gupta, a resident of Agartala in Tripura, freelance journalist by profession, associated with NDTV,etc.
I have little investment in share market and trade casually. After a long gap, I have come to trade yesterday. I found a stock advisory company, www.optiontips.in over Internet and as I saw, their projected performance sheet, there was high accuracy claimed. As I am a casual trader and don’t have that much idea and time to research, I spoke with a person over telephone mentioned at the website.
I paid Rs 5000 clicking a link for NIFTY OPTION GOLDEN JACKPOT PACKAGE -5000 for MONTH as the person directed. He promised that his tips would be highly accurate and there is no cheating intended or no manipulation they did at performance sheet given at the website and he claimed he had had 18,000 clients. But, soon after the payment had been done and the formalities, he stopped receiving my calls. Numerous calls were done through, but he disconnected all the calls. And no tips were given as promised.
As I have gone their website, they said, a cancellation policy is there, if anybody cancels the order within 72 hours, but there was no cancellation form at the site and as he does not entertain the calls, one can not cancel the order even.
Now I even I feel shame that before making the payment I did not checked that the website did not mention any physical address for the company. Infact, earlier I purchased such packs from two/three companies and they sent tips accordingly, so I did not explore each and everything of the website as it had been assumed that it’s a stock advisory company. But after facing the trouble, I discovered what I missed.
Anyway, the bank details given at the website, all are traced in Madurai. Three Bank accounts are listed there in name of one G Kadar Hussain, and all the three banks are located in Madurai city area. He may be tracked from his bank detail and by the phone number. All the detail is given bellow.
After I felt duped, I search the Internet and found, thousands of complaints of similar nature are listed against the company at various consumer forums.

Sir,
Humble request is you may please prevent this company to cheat hundreds of people. Though I want to get my money back, that is not the sole point, I am writing for.
What I feel, when being a journalist, (that I want to say, by the nature of my profession I need to verify all events and claims before I go publishing the news,) I got cheated, (whatsoever might be my previous experience, I needed to look for all if and buts for this site too), then other people are becoming preys easily and perhaps all they are not reporting to authority.

It’s my humble request, please do something that I can get back my money and the person stops this cheating.
What I am afraid of again, even if now after you asked them and they started sending any tip, that would be just whimsical, because after the experience I have gone through, I ma quite sure, they do not have any advisory research or any such company, just they dupe people. It be better to get back the money, no calls (tips) whatsoever.
I hope, I will get some assertive reply soon in getting back my money and the other purpose I mentioned.
