I purchased a 2 month old Shih Tzu puppy from Puptopia on 3rd May, 2017. My main concern before getting a puppy was to not get fooled by fake breeders who claim to give certificates and that’s exactly what happened.

It’s been over 10 months and I’ve been trying to reach them since August as they said the KCI certificates would take time to arrive. But they have been ignoring my calls and claiming that the Breeder is ‘sending’ the papers. They said that in august and they’re saying the same thing now in March 2018.

This company is selling puppies without proper certification as they should be according to the law. I have proof of what they have done and can present it if need be.
