Dear Sir/Madam,

This complaint is about to acquire money from innocent people like me .. who is being cheated by these person.
As my cibil score was low .. this person told me that he will make cibil score up by RBI letter.
He took one cheque of Rs 4500 for making CIBIL rating up as lawyer charges.
As there was non payment of credit card.. he told me sir you will have to pay only principle amount.
For this he took cibil report .. pan card copy and other details like mother maiden name etc..
when his cheque got cleared .. he told me it will take time to have updation for 3-4 months.
There was no lawyer.. even no case study of mine.
but in actual.. he did not do anything.. at last I went to ICICI bank to meet with official and made the payment.
I got NOC. when I asked with that person .. he told me you got NOC because of them.. and also unable to provide any documentary proof.
I am having complete mail communication of ICICI and CIBIL.
I told him to just give my money back.. he is saying sorry boss it is not possible.
I myself update the cibil via info@cibil.com regarding my NOC.
As I am employed in hyderabad.. it is only via online complaint we can file. we can not come to delhi to file complaint.
I will forget my Rs 4500 .. but would this be allowed to cheat indian community via these people.
I think something should be done.. I have faith in law and order in country.
