Dear Sir,

I have paid a 50 % amount for 200 sq.yard plot in Haridwar project Vian Infrastructure in 2006. Vian had to handed over this project to clients in 2009. but i went to see the project in Haridwar that there is no development. and the staff of the vian is telling us give full amount and registerd, but there is no gauranty. so how can I pay the balance amount . I request the top managemnt to refund our money with interest.otherwise show us the sanctioned plan from MCF and govt. letters for registration from Haridwar and Roorki MCF.
