I found the furniture through Marketplace of facebook. Wherein I brought an whatsup no. (********03). We both were communicated each other and whatsup no. owner suggested me the website (springswood.com). I booked an order on this website and paid an amount of Rs.9894 vie UPI transfer. UPI transfer id is deckupl.t.d.@kotak. I had also received a confirmation mail from customer-care@springswood.com. But now the website and whatsup both are discontinued. Now i felt that the website cheated me. Kindly I request you to trace the number and bank account and give back my money.
