I bought a glass centre table. Paid them 100% advance still they delivered in 4 days that too with broken glass in the base. I mentioned this on their challan and expected them to change it on their own. But after 3 days when I called them then their manager, Mr. Sharma said that we need to pay not only for the glass but also pay for transportation cost of person who would bring it. He listened to no rhymes & reasons and refused to give contact no. of the owners.

They have pathetic aftersales service & besides it a very nasty manager. May I know how do we punish these kind of erring companies and their abominable employees?
