Forgery by Telebrands
Background:
1. Pl Ref order no M1423387 dt 12 Feb 2014 and complaint No OP2114522 dt 22 Feb 2014.
2. I had booked an air lounge along with two cushions from Telebrands vide order no under ref.
3. Item received on 23 Feb 2014 in a COD No CQ200242152IN through India Post on payment.
4. On opening of package, Item was found to be damaged and not as per the advertisement shown.
5. Called Telebrands helpline and as advised, returned the package along with a grievance letter no 001/AM/TB/Pers/240214/01 to Telebrands for pay back on 24 Feb 2014. A copy of the letter was sent to Asst Commisioner of Police Crime Branch (Prevention), Police Commissioner Office Bldg, 3rd Floor, Near Kalwa Bridge, Thane(W) – 400601.
6. Since then, I have not received any response from the company even after multiple tele conversation with the customer care of Telebrands.

Problem Faced:

7. An amount of hard earned Rs 7868.00 is not accounted for since long.
8. No response from the company since 3 months.
9. Forgery by Telebrands.

Way Forward:

10. Pay back of the amount by Telebrands.
11. Telebrands should be penalized and blacklisted.
