During boarding in train at Platform no. 3 at Jamalpur Railway station of Eastern Railway, my mother (age 75 yrs) could not cross foot over bridge with steps only.
Requesting under construction foot over brige with slope to facilitate disabled and senior citizen.
Reference:Ticket no.******** dtd.20-09-2010 from Jamalpur to Patna.
Complainant's Goal: Convert disabled / senior citizen friendly foot over bridge under construction
