I was traveling in Shatabdhi on 13th Sept from Surat to Abad. They served only tea. I hereby request you should provide tea with biscuits (only 2). The lunch served was not good, the sabji was like water and was not as per the specified menu. The food was horrible. Railways charge 430 rs from surat to abad and other train charges are 297rs. Shatabdhi charges more because of food quality and comfort quality but the food was horrible.

It is my request to reduce the fare and its ok not to serve food rather than serving horrible food in spite of charging extra
