I purchased a Spice Android One Phone, from FLIPKART, twodays back (on 14oct14) for Rs.6300 . It is not at all working. I complained on 15th Oct 14. They wanted me to wait till 17th 12 o' clock for processing. After three days, today i got an SMS that the company has disapproved my return/replacement request. Flipkart executives are helpless and Spice wants me to route it thro' Flipkart. Net result- I lost Rs.6300.Moral: On flipkart, if the item is working you are lucky. If not, your total money is lost. Be very careful - one month return policy is a cheating and has no value. Can you find a single case of replacement without pains?
