I had booked a flat in name of my company with one M/s Renaissance having its reg. office at 41, Princep Street, Kolkata 700072 in Kolkata, sometime in year 2006. My company M/s Capital Chowringhee Pvt Ltd paid 11 lacs as advance. The total agreed on amount was Rs. 24 lacs along with a garage. Time of delivery in the agreement was Dec 2007. The promoter company belongs to a doctor. The flat is not yet delivered till August 2011. The building is not yet completed. The promoter has already raised prices and verbally he says 10 lacs Rs more than the agreed price. He is negotiating with other buyers to sell the same flat at higher price.
I lodged several complaints with police and also sent one advocate's letter but of no effect
