I have purchased black berry bold number 9000 on 11210 and during the guarantee period the display of the screen was lost in the second month .since it was on warranty your authorised sevice center at borivali had emay be rectified . after the warranty period again on 1862012 the same problem proped up i was told to pay Rs.2250 for rectifying the problem (enclosed bill ) again the next month the same problem was there they tried to rectify it for which i was not charged but again the same problem proped up hence i was left with no other alternative but to buy a new instrument of black berry because once you start using black berry you are not
condusive with other cell phones . i would request you good office to look in to my problem and help me by replacing my instrument.
Here i would like to add that i was among the few users to start using black berry in india when it was launched by AIRTEl.
your immediate and positve reply will be highly appreciated.
Enclosed bill copy of purchase made on 1122010 and bill copy of Rs.2250 paid to your authorised service centre at borvali mumbai . during warranty
period repairs they used to collect back the orignal copy hence i donot have the bills of four time including once post waranty period
where i was not charged.

I was trying to up laoad the bills is rejected if suggested i can produce the orignal bill in person.
