AFTER HAVING PAID A TOTAL SUM OF Rs 1.73 lakhs in advance to BRIJESH SHARMA,the owner starting early July 2013,the total work worth 2.23 lakhs is still incomplete and substandard.The work has carried on for over a month and still no signs of completion.The owner avoids taking phone calls and visiting the site at A-294,SECTOR 31,NOIDA.H e somehow seems to be just interested in taking money from me and tried coercing me into placing further orders with him for the other two floors of the newly constructed building.
Seeing his attitude in not wanting to complete the project to our satisfaction I am wondering how some penal action be taken against him/his firm so that he is taught a lesson as he does not seem to have any professional regard for us or even any competence in his profession as would be evident from the shabby quality of his work.
AT THIS STAGE I WOULD PREFER TO GET A FULL REFUND OF ADVANCE PAID AS THERE IS NO WAY THE MAJOR DEFECTS IN QUALITY CAN BE RECTIFIED.
