I saw an advert suggesting me to sign up for free, because I would have a free trial for 5 days. They asked for my credit card details, in case I wanted to have a premium membership. I tried the service, didn't like, never used it. Now I realised that they charged me £24,95 for a premium membership! I think they do it on purpose, to try to charge people who don't read all the signup details.. I sent them an e-mail, asked for a refund and the cancellation of the account, but I read in FAQ that they don't refund! What can I do? I didn't use the service, they charged me a couple of days ago.
