RCM - Faulty Product and Harrasement

Dear Sir

This is to say that i have purchased AQUA RO WATER FILTER from the Local Dealer having S.NO 009072 Z (A+B) 11 months ago . The WATER FILTER has developed some technical Fault and we are facing this problem since last 3 month. We have already send many complaints and reminders to the local agent of RCM, as well as Service Manager of RCM (Vishal Gupta). I had personally spoken to Mr Vishal 15-20 times and to the local dealer multiple times. The company dragged on the complaint and later on asked to pay for the Service. The Dealer himself paid for it,still the Company even after 15 days didnt sent the product. The Executives dont listen to us nor solve the problem
