Dear Sir,
I have bought a UPS system from Bicron Induatrial company in the month of May 2012 via Invoice number 5292. The UPS is giving problem since last month and I am trying to contact the company for its service.
I have been following up @ following numbers ********72, ********00 since 3 weeks and have been told that someone will attend to the issue shortly. I have SMS confirmation that they have taken up my request. On 15/11/2012 I have send them an e-mail to attend my problem urgently or I will take appropriate legal action since the product is under full warranty period.
I got a call from "K Kumar" and he rudely told me that he cannot provide me any date for service and asked me to file a consumer complaint.
I have patiently waited for 3 weeks understanding that the company may have genuine issues but after speaking to him to i am shocked and want to take all possible steps/action against this company and K Kumar and get my UPS fixed as early as possible.
I request you to please intervene and take appropriate action.

Bicronpower is cheating company. dont purchase anything from this company. Please help to pass this message to everyone so that you are not cheated...
Bicronpower provided fake battery together with APC UPS. APC legally filed a case against bicronpower for damaging APC name... please do not buy anything from bicronpower
I agree with Manish. I also have same problem and want to take legal action against this company. I purchased a UPS with battery on Feb 2013 and it is not even giving 1.5 hr backup though it should support for 10 hrs. I tried to call / email but no response at all.
Even i bought the home UPS from Biocron and got cheated. There is no response from their side even after repeated calls.
