IT IS STATED THAT I PURCHASED A 29" COLOR T.V ON 14.03.2007. IT IS FURTHER STATED THAT A FAULT OCCURED IN TELEVISION IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2010. A
COMPLAINT WAS MADE TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOOK THE TV TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE AT M/S FALCON ENGINEERING SERVICES,239 F.I.E PATPARGANG DELHI THEY CHANGEDD THE PICTURE TUBE AND CHARGED RS.7000/- THEREAFTER
TV STARTED TROUBLING ON EVERY 7 TO 10 DAYS . EVERY TIME ON COMPLAINING
ENGINEER WAS DEPUTED. LASTLY ON 16-08-2010 AN AMOUNT OF RS 1036/- WAS AGAIN CHARGED VIDE CASH RECEIPT BOOK NO 455. I WAS ALSO ADVISED TO INSTALL A AUTOCUT STABILISER. I ALSO SPENT RS. 500/-FOR THE SAME AND INSTALLED THE STABILIZER. TODAY THE TV IS AGAIN NONFUNCTIONAL.
I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE STRONG ACTION
AGAINST M/S FALCON ENGINEERING SERVICES AS THE ENGINEERS DEPUTED ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE ACTUAL FAULT AND ON THE OTHER-HAND MADE ME TO PAY
THE HEFTY AMOUNTS ON REPAIRS AND STILL THE TV IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. ALSO
PLEASE CARRYOUT THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AT COMPANY'S COST NOW.
