Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill CRN No. 1240083193 (Regarding excess bill for the month of 18-06-2011 to 27-08-2011 (sept) and july.
Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the Complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Ms. SAROJ vide CRN No.: 1240083193 AND CA number 101046014.
We received the electricity bill for the period of 18-06-2011 to 27-08-2011 (for sept) of Rs.13070 and even last bill for the period of june july was Rs.9540.
It was a complete shock this time and even last time.. Earlier the bill was of Rs.1100 for the month of april may and it was never so much... i m surprised to see the bill.
It is not at all possible to consume for a domestic consumer of total 3067 units in just two months when only 2 persons stay in a flat of 2bhk and the consumption is also not much.
This excess reading and billing need to be checked properly and this might be a fault of the meter. Therefore you are kindly requested to please take necessary action and correct/rectify the bill.
I tried to file a complain in area office when i recieved the last bill but the customer service representative said that the bill provided is not wrong and u have to pay this amount.they r not accepting any complain.
Kindly consider the request and see and advice what can be done.
