My Husband Mr. Anthony I Fernandes who is an engineer by profession is falsely accused and asked to stay back at Vathur police station by Inspector Shivappa when he had gone there to just discusse abt the problem that had happened between two labours at our Construction site. The conflict is as follows

Mr. Jagnarayan Pandit who is the Mastri at site had an argument with another labour by Name Shawkathi Ali Khan during the non working hours of the site around 7:00 in the evening and the argument turned to be a physical fight between the two people and Mr. Jagnarayan Pandit has fallen down into the pit during that fight and has injured his leg. For which he had to undergo a minor operation.

Following which Mr.Jagnarayan Pandit had filled a complaint at Vathur police station asking for a fixed amount of compensation from painter Shawkath Ali Khan, Inspector Shivappa who was handelling the case had called my husband Mr Anthony I Fernandes who is the contractor of the Constructions site and the owner of the building saying that ull have to visit the station immediately when at around 8:30 in the evening when they had gone Mr. Shivappa the Inspector said that the painter has gone upsconding so you pay the the compensation of 2,50,000 for this injury as both these people where working for you at site.

For which my husband Mr Anthony I Fernandes has refused to pay the demanded money of 2,50,000 and said as this is happened during non working hours and between two other parties during my absence I am not responsible but on humanitarian grounds will give some 30k as per to the govt hospital expenses as they dint accept they have made fales Accqusion against Mr Anthony I Fernandes and kept him in the jail today night.
