My home Aquaguard water purifier is covered under annual maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes who have outsourced to vendors. The machine was never serviced under this contract and the vendor is defaulting on his services.
Since the last one week I had registered request for service and repair of the machine under complaint number 59165791 with their service centre. Everyday I am given false promises of immediate attention and on five occasions a time was fixed for the visit of the serviceman. However these promises turned out to be totally false and there has been no attention paid to my request for service since then. I make two calls a day but there are only false promises of prompt attention and I am told that someone will call and visit but nobody does.
