suzuki - False commitments and delay in Suzuki Access 125 delivery

We booked suzuki access from ur dealer Speed Machines,Nashik on 1/sept/2010. The dealer commited the delivery on dusshers, then on 28/10/10,then on diwali. Till date we have not got the bike and it was very frustrating to withdraw and deposit back the cash in bank 3 times bcoz of false commitments. Ur dealer give stupid excuses for the delay like 1) delay is from company 2)truck driver ran away, hw pathetic is this? Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and i request u to deliver the vehicle immediately.

I support this complaint. But more i wish to add is that after taking FULL money in advance ( including all other services) than the Company itself declared and allowed for the scooter, they are NOT sure when they will deliver the scooter booked. My comment and complaint is that if dealer has not an adequate stocks or not in a position to deliver the units offered within limited time, he should not take FULL price -unwarranted includs in the cost - from the innocent and quality concious customers who trust on the Company product and dealer promise.
Hope this may be seriously look into by the management and at least action should be intimate to the querist for satisfaction and knowing the company's interest in the genuine complaint of the customers.
